Yvonne Gloston, affectionately known as "The Game Lady", brings people together through play that’s purposeful, inclusive, and fun. Her energy transforms standard gatherings into unforgettable moments of genuine human connection.
Whether it’s leading teams, hosting an event, or planning a holiday celebration, her signature blend of exciting games and thoughtful touches brings people together in laughter, connection, and joy. Yvonne believes in creating moments that people carry with them long after the event ends.
Yvonne also brings her special brand of fun to her work with individuals with special needs. Using creativity, encouragement, and play, she motivates and empowers her clients to discover their strengths and celebrate success. At the heart of everything she does is a simple mission: to spread joy, build connections, and leave every person a little happier than when they came.

Chiletta Marie knows that play can do serious work. With 25+ years of experience in training, coaching, leadership development, and employee engagement, she brings a deep understanding of what helps people connect, communicate, and thrive together.
As TeamJOY's co-creator and strategist, Chiletta helps turn big ideas into engaging experiences — designing activities, games, and materials that blend purpose with play. She also co-facilitates, bringing creativity, storytelling, and people-centered insight to the room.
By day, Chiletta leads Talent Development & Employee Engagement for a multi-state healthcare organization. Outside of work, she's the undisputed Game Master of her family — creating games, challenges, and friendly competitions long before TeamJOY had a name.
Equal parts strategist and creative, Chiletta believes some of the best connections happen when people put down their titles, let their guard down, and simply play.
